SUBJECT:

REFRIGERANT REIMBURSEMENT WARRANTY POLICY

As a result of the implementation of the new refrigerant recycling equipment, the National Warranty Department has adopted the following policy
pertaining to warranty claim refrigerant reimbursement.

1.

When requesting reimbursement for newly added refrigerant, reimbursement use the special part number LOCALFREON.

2.

When requesting reimbursement for use of recycled refrigerant, use the special part number LOCALRECYC.

3.

In both cases, up to $4.00 may be claimed for each quantity of one (1).
Note:

Quantity 1 = 1 lb.

4.

A quantity of two (2) is the maximum allowed per repair ($8.00 total).

This policy is effective immediately.  Should you have questions pertaining to refrigerant reimbursement, please contact your District Service Manager
or Regional Parts & Service Department.
