Clutch Cover: Service and Repair

CLUTCH DISC INSTALLATION

Apply recommended grease to contact surface of spline portion.

Too much lubricant might cause clutch disc facing damage.

CLUTCH COVER INSTALLATION

Insert Tool into clutch disc hub when installing clutch cover and disc.

Tighten clutch cover mounting bolts, evenly,  a few turns at a time in an alternating pattern. 

Be careful not to distort clutch cover during removal or installation.
