On some models, a red plastic projection will be lined up with the connector face when the securing bolt is properly torqued. Please refer to illustration
below.

Caution:

Before connecting or disconnecting the ECU harness connector to or from the ECU, be sure to turn the ignition switch "OFF" and
disconnect the negative battery terminal to avoid damaging the ECU (battery voltage is applied to the ECU even if the ignition switch is
"OFF").
