EGR Control Solenoid: Locations

AUXILIARY AIR CONTROL VALVE (AAC)

The Auxiliary Air Control Valve (AAC) is mounted on the back of the intake plenum in the engine compartment.

CANISTER PURGE CONTROL VALVE

The Canister Purge Control Valve is incorporated into the charcoal canister which is mounted to the left fenderwell in the engine compartment.

CHARCOAL CANISTER

The Charcoal Canister is mounted to the left fenderwell in the engine compartment.

EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION VALVE (EGR)

The Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve (EGR) is mounted near the left rear of the intake plenum in the engine compartment.

EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION VALVE (EGR) SOLENOID

The Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve (EGR) Solenoid is located below the throttle chamber in the engine compartment.

IDLE SWITCH

The Idle Switch is mounted on the throttle chamber in the engine compartment.

OXYGEN SENSOR (O2)

The Oxygen (O2) Sensor is threaded into the exhaust pipe under the left side of the passenger compartment.

POSITIVE CRANKCASE VENTILATION VALVE (PCV)

The Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve (PCV) is threaded into the left side of the intake plenum.
