Valve Guide Seal: Service and Repair
1. Remove rocker cover.
2. Remove rocker shaft assembly.
3. Remove valve spring and valve oil seal with valve oil seal remover tool No. J36467, or equivalent.
NOTE: The piston concerned should be set at TDC to prevent valve from falling.
4. Apply engine oil to new valve oil seal and install it with valve oil seal drift tool No. KV109B0010, or equivalent.
NOTE: Before installing valve oil seal, install valve spring seat.
