Install an 1/8 inch short steel blind rivet (Marson Klik-Fast (5B4-2) 1/8" diameter 1/8" grip Steel or equivalent) in the 4 holes drilled in Steps 7, 8
and 9.

Reassemble the seat base, install the seat in the vehicle, attach the battery cables (negative cable last), and reset the radio stations.
