Torque bolts to 8.5 N-m (0.86 kg-m, 6.26 ft-lb.)

This will prevent the recliner linkage from slipping out of position.

Re-install seat and seat back trim.

Confirm recliner operates properly. Check manual slide function for effort/binding.
