Removal and Installation of Brake Caliper Assembly and Disc Rotor  

REMOVAL 
1. Remove tires from vehicle using power tool.
2. Drain brake fluid as necessary. Refer to Drain and Refill.

NOTE:  Do not remove union bolt unless removing brake caliper assembly from vehicle.

3. Remove union bolt as necessary and torque member bolts, then remove brake caliper assembly from the vehicle.

NOTE:  Position brake caliper assembly aside using suitable wire, as necessary.
