Submit a Primary Failed Part (PP) line claim using the claims coding shown.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
1.
Replace the Exhaust Manifold.

Refer to section "EM" of the applicable service manual for the replacement procedures.

Use a new Gasket between the Manifold and cylinder head.
^
Use a new Gasket between the Manifold and front pipe.
^
Use new Nuts for installing the Manifold to the cylinder head. Use new Bolts for installing the Heat Shield to the Manifold.
