Cut out the template and place it on the frame rail as shown in Figure 2.

Make sure the template is aligned (straight) with the frame rail.

Center punch and drill at the locations shown in Figure 2:

Upper location: Drill a 15/32 (12 mm) hole.

Lower location: Drill a 13/32 (10 mm) hole)
