BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER
REMOVAL
CAUTION: Be careful not to splash brake fluid on painted areas; it may cause paint damage. If brake fluid is splashed on painted areas, wash it away

In the case of brake fluid leakage from the master cylinder, disassemble the cylinder. Then, check piston cups for deformation and
scratches and replace necessary parts.

3. Disconnect brake fluid level switch.
4. Disconnect pressure sensor (4WD models with AT and VDC) or pressure switch (2WD models and 4WD models with MT).
5. Remove flare nuts.
6. Remove master cylinder nuts.

Never reuse drained brake fluid.
