Front Crankshaft Seal: Service and Repair

FRONT OIL SEAL 

1. Remove the timing belt and crankshaft sprocket. 
2. Remove the oil pump assembly. 

3. Remove the front oil seal from the oil pump body.
4. Apply new engine oil to the new oil seal.

5. Position the oil seal with the correct orientation as shown.

6. Install the new oil seal using a suitable tool as shown.
7. Install the remaining components in the reverse order of removal
