On the front side of the wheel, split wide open one side of the valve stem hole with a cold chisel and hammer (see Figure 2a).

On the back side of the wheel, split wide open the other side the valve stem hole with a cold chisel and hammer (see Figure 2b).
3.
On the back side of the wheel, apply a bright-colored paint around the valve stem hole for identification purposes (see Figure 3a).
4.
On the front side of the wheel, apply a bright-colored paint around the valve stem hole for identification purposes (see Figure 3b).
