Install "Drill Jig" special tool # J-46215-9 into the ABS sensor hole (see Figure F1).

Firmly tighten the "T" handle on the Drill Jig.

Using the supplied 3/16" "Left-Hand" drill bit:

Drill a hole completely through (approximately 6 mm drilling depth) the center of the broken off bolt (see Figure F2).

NOTE:

The drill motor that you use must be turned to the counterclockwise reverse direction.

Drill at a low to medium speed to avoid overheating the drill bit and dulling or breaking it.

If the broken bolt "backs out" (un-screws) when drilling, proceed to step 9. If it does not back out when drilling, continue with step 5.

When the drilling is done, remove the Drill Jig.
