Use the 8 mm "Wire Brush" special tool (included in the J-46215-8 kit) in a drill motor to clean the ABS sensor bolt hole threads (see Figure F6).

Use an air nozzle to blow out any metal chips.

Procedure G: ABS Sensor Re-Seal

Use a clean, lint-free shop rag to thoroughly clean the ABS sensor, especially around the 0-ring sealing surface (flange). See Figure G1.

2.

Apply some Nissan Brake Cleaner to a clean, lint-free shop rag and clean the ABS sensor hole (see Figure G2).
