7.

Remove the idler pulley assembly from the A/C compressor bracket.

8.

Install the new idler pulley assembly making sure the E-ring is installed on the adjusting bolt.

9.

Adjust the A/C drive belt deflection to specification. Refer to the "A/C Compressor Drive Belt Deflection Specification" chart below.

10.

Tighten the nut that secures idler pulley to 16 - 22 Nm (1.6 - 2.2 kg-m, 12 - 16 ft-lb).

11.

Re-install the engine under cover.
