    If twin load sensing valve is damaged, replace as an assembly.

1.

With one person sitting in drivers seat, set rear axle load to 1323 lbs. by positioning weight in trunk area.

2.

Install pressure gauge KV991V0010 as shown in Fig. 18. Then bleed air from front and rear brake lines.

3.

Apply brakes, bring front brake pressure up to 711 psi. Rear brake pressure should be 555-679 psi.

4.

Apply brakes, bring front brake pressure up to 1422 psi. Rear brake pressure should be 739-939 psi.

5.

If rear brake pressure is not within specifications, adjust sensor spring length by the adjusting bolt as shown in Fig. 19.

6.

If pressure after adjusting spring is not within specifications, replace twin load sensing valve.
