Mode Door Motor Removal

MODE DOOR CONTROL ROD ADJUSTMENT

Install and Setup

- 

Mode door motor onto heater unit and connect body harness.

- 

Setup code 41 in Self-Diagnostics.

- 

Move side link by hand and hold the mode door in the VENT position.

- 

Attach mode door motor rod to side link rod holder.

Check and Verify

- 

Check mode door operates properly when changing code from 41 to 46 by pushing the DEF button.

Code Sequence and Expectations 

- 

Code 41 = VENT

- 

Code 42 = B/L

- 

Code 43 = B/L

- 

Code 44 = D/F1

- 

Code 45 = D/F2

- 

Code 46 = DEF
