Instrument Panel Circuit Board: Service and Repair
Instrument Cluster

1.

On models with airbag, disable airbag system as described under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG ARMING & DISARMING.

2.

On models less airbag, disconnect battery ground cable.

3.

On all models, remove steering column cover and steering wheel, if necessary.

4.

Remove instrument panel cover, if necessary.

5.

Remove cluster lid retaining screws, then the cluster lid.

6.

Remove cluster retaining screws and nuts.

7.

Disconnect speedometer cable and electrical connectors.

8.

Reverse procedure to install. Rearm airbag system, if equipped, as described under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG ARMING &
DISARMING.
