Starter Motor: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
On 1992 Maxima with VE30DE engine, remove air intake duct.
3.
On all models, disconnect starter wiring from starter.
4.
Remove starter motor mounting bolts, then the starter.
5.
Reverse procedure to install.
