SERVICE INFORMATION:

Some 1989 and 1990 Maxima vehicles may receive customer complaints of a "Squeaking Noise" from the front of the vehicle. This noise usually occurs
under braking or when driving over rough road surfaces or speed bumps.

Note:

This noise is not a Brake Noise.

This noise may be coming from the front suspension of the applied model. The Lower Link Bushing may be the source of the noise.

If the Squeaking Noise can be confirmed as coming from the Lower Link Bushing, this incident can be resolved by replacing the Lower Link Bushing
with a countermeasure part.
