3. To delete diagnostic items press "TUNE" to display all diagnostic items then press "TUNE" up/down to select the desired diagnostic item,

"Deletion #" will be displayed.

4. Press and hold the "SCAN" switch for more than 6 seconds to delete the desired diagnostic item. "Failure Data Reset" will be displayed, followed

by a return to the "CAN check diagnostics" screen.
