If equipped; remove the tilt/telescopic steering wheel switch.

Use a plastic trim tool to remove- snap out-the switch, then

Disconnect its electrical connector.

15.

Remove the lower steering column cover:

a. Remove the 3 screws on the lower cover.

b. Pull straight down on the cover to remove it.

NOTE:

Do not pry between the upper and lower cover.
