Remove the illumination ring (slide it off) and set it aside.

NOTE:

The old ignition knob will not be reused.

22.

Install the new ignition knob on the new lock cylinder.

NOTE:

Make sure to use the right color.

The knob goes on only one way. Push it on until it snaps in place.
