6. Open the air relief valve (U11, S12 V6 and D21 V6 only) as shown in Figure 1.

7. Open the radiator and reservoir tank and slowly fill with coolant until the radiator is full and the reservoir is 1/2 way between the "MAX" mark

and the top of the tank.

8. Run the engine for at least 10 start-up/cool-down periods.  Repeat step 6 after each cool-down period.

ALTERNATE BLEEDING PROCEDURE FOR 300ZX, MAXIMA, 200SX (V6 ONLY), TRUCK AND PATHFINDER (V6 ONLY) VEHICLES
 
CAUTION:  Be careful not to spill coolant on the drive belts.

NOTE:  The engine should be cold before beginning this procedure.
