Power Window Switch: Description and Operation

Power is supplied at all times

to lighting switch terminal (11)

^

through 15 A fuse (No. (66), located in the fuse and fusible link box).

With the lighting switch in the 1ST or 2ND position, power is supplied

^

to BCM (Body Control Module) terminal (32)

^

through lighting switch terminal (12) and

^

 7.5 A fuse [No. (5) ,located in the fuse block (J/B)].

BCM is connected to LCU03 and LCU04 as DATA LINES A-1 or A-2.
When power is supplied to BCM, BCM sends a signal to rear LH and RH door control units to turn on power window switch illumination. Power and
ground are supplied to power window switch illumination, then power window switch illumination turns on.
