Heater Control Valve Cable: Adjustments
Water Cock Control Rod
WATER COCK CONTROL ROD
^ When adjusting water cock control rod, first disconnect temperature control cable from air mix door lever and then adjust control rod.
Reconnect temperature control cable and readjust it.
1. Move air mix door lever in direction of arrow.
2. Push water cock control rod 1 in the direction of the arrow until its end contacts rack rod 2. [At this point, spring is compressed by 2 mm (0.08 in).
] With control rod 1 held in that position, connect it to air mix door lever.
