Radiator: Service and Repair
Installation

Explode View Of Radiator

1.

Install the following onto the radiator.

a. Lower mounts.
b. Upper grommets.
c. Lower radiator hose and tube.
d. Water temperature switches.
e. Drain plug and new seal.

2.

Install the radiator, making sure the lower mounts are inserted into the holes in the front cross-member.

3.

Connect the transmission cooler hoses.

4.

Connect the water temperature switches.

5.

Tighten the lower radiator mounts.

Radiator Fans

6.

Tighten the upper radiator mounts.

7.

Connect the lower radiator hose to the tube.

8.

Install the fan assembly.
