SERVICE INFORMATION

Starting with the Applied VINs, the radiator/condenser cooling fan operation on 1987.5 Maximas with manual air conditioning systems has been
modified so that both fans operate when air conditioning system compressor is operating. On vehicles built prior to the Applied VINs, the #2 fan
operates when the engine temperature is above 212~F, when the fan control lever is in the #3 or #4 position, and when the compressor is on while it is
cycling.
