Control Assembly: Service and Repair

1.

Disconnect battery ground cable.

2.

Pull off control lever knobs and remove A/C-heater controls face plate.

3.

Remove screws securing radio, then disconnect wiring harness and antenna connectors and remove radio.

4.

Disconnect control cables at heater case and blower housing.

5.

Disconnect wiring harness connectors to control and remove screw securing ground strap to instrument panel brace.

6.

Remove clips securing control assembly and remove control.

7.

Reverse procedure to install, then adjust control cables.
