Cut the urethane applicator tip, at an angle as shown in Figure 7. Then apply the urethane adhesive along the lower windshield edge making sure
that it fills the cracks around the original adhesive (Figure 7). On the 2nd pass, widen the base and cover the edge and lower surface (2 mm) of the
windshield (Figure 8). Adhesive should extend at least 5 mm below the bottom edge of the windshield.

Install the windshield lower molding.
CAUTION: ^ When installing the molding, make sure the urethane is not scraped off the windshield edge.

If the urethane on the windshield edge is too thick, the lower molding may stick to it.

Install the windshield wipers as follows:
NOTE:
Wiper arms of different lengths are used for the driver side and passenger side. They have an identifying mark and care must be taken to
install them properly.
Identifying Mark "D" (short arm - Driver side "A" (long arm) - Passenger side
Adjustment Procedure
A.
Set the wiper switch to "LOW" to operate wiper motor and then turn it to "OFF".

Install wiper arm to position (A) and tighten wiper arm nut to specification (Figure 9).

Then place wiper arm to position (B).
