Remove the lumbar link (support bar) from the support hole on the LH side of the seat (opposite side from lumbar motor).

Pull (turn) the bar 90 degrees,

Then pull it out of the support hole.

Then remove the lumbar support assembly from the seat.

10.

Install the new lumber support assembly in reverse order.

NOTE:

Make sure the lumbar support plate is in the correct position as shown in Figure 9.

Center point (dimple) on the support bar should be snapped into the center clip on the support plate.

11.

Operate the lumbar support. Make sure it is working correctly.
