Coolant Line/Hose: Service and Repair

REMOVAL 

1. Remove undercover.
2. Drain engine coolant from drain plugs on radiator and both sides of cylinder block.  

CAUTION:   Perform when the engine is cold.

3. Remove engine cover. 
4. Remove air duct and air cleaner case assembly. 
5. Remove battery and battery tray.
6. Remove CVT fluid cooler control valve assembly. 
7. Move CVT control cable aside. 
8. Remove radiator upper hose and heater hose.
9. Remove water outlet and water pipes.

INSTALLATION 

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Securely insert each hose, and install a clamp at a position where it does not interfere with the pipe bulge.

When inserting a water pipe into water connector, apply neutral detergent to O-ring.
