SERVICE INFORMATION

IF YOU CONFIRM:

An Applied Vehicle's Navigation System displays the words "Please wait" on the screen for more than three minutes.

ACTIONS:

Perform the Software Upgrade Loading Procedure, using the Navigation System software upgrade CD-ROM that will be mailed to Nissan dealers.

Procedure as it contains information that is essential to successfully completing this repair.

NAVIGATION SOFTWARE UPGRADE LOADING PROCEDURE

1.

Start the engine.

2.

Open the cover of the Navigation Control unit and press the Eject button to remove the map DVD-ROM.

3.

Insert the program CD-ROM, with the label side UP, into the slot on the unit.

4.

If not automatically selected, choose the software version number with the joystick. See chart above.
