IF YOU CONFIRM

You need to replace the CVI assembly for any reason.

ACTIONS

Reprogram the TOM. This must be done to ensure the vehicle has the latest program.

IMPORTANT:

Make sure to erase the TCM EEPROM Memory as part of the Reprogramming.

There are five basic steps:

1.

Download (transfer) reprogramming data from ASIST into CONSULT-II.

2.

"Preparation" steps before reprogramming TOM.

3.

Erase the TCM EEPROM memory.

4.

Reprogram the TCM.

5.

"Wrap-up" after reprogramming is finished.
