1. As shown in the figure, use a drift to drive the differential side oil seal into the case until it is flush. Refer to dimensions A.

NOTE: The differential side oil seal pulling direction is used as the reference.

Drift to be used

CAUTION:

When installing differential side oil seal, apply a coat of NISSAN CVT Fluid NS-2.

Do not reuse differential side oil seal.

2. Reinstall any part removed.

CAUTION: If lubricant leak has occurred, after finishing work, check oil level.
