With the window mid-way down, move the door glass in an inboard/outboard ("in and out") motion (see Figure 2)

If you hear the "tick" noise, replace the incident door window run rubber with the ones listed in the Parts Information section of this bulletin.
See the appropriate section in chapter "GW" of the Murano ESM, if needed.
