2003-2005 MURANO; CUP HOLDER LID - IMPROPER OPERATION

IF YOU CONFIRM

The cup holder lid does not open or partially opens when the button is depressed

ACTION

1.

Inspect the sides of the cup holder lid for contact with the center console during opening and closing. If there's contact, adjust the center console to
eliminate it.

2.

Inspect the rear corners of the cup holder lid for contact with the center console. If there's contact, adjust the center console to eliminate it.

3.

If the cup holder lid still sticks after the above adjustments, trim the pin at the bottom side of the cup holder latch so the pin is flush to the bottom
of the housing.
