Use a flat blade screwdriver to firmly push the outer rim of rivet into place (see Figure 9).

Then press on the center of the rivet to secure it (see Figure 10).

c.

Tighten the nuts and bolts to: 9 Nm (9.2 kg-m, 80 in-lb).
