Open both console box upper lid halves located on top of the sliding arm rest. Then remove the sliding arm rest latch by rotating it forward and
lifting it up from the arm rest.

NOTE:

The latch is held to the lid by two (2) plastic hooks. Reference the new part before removal, if needed.

Latch Installation

1.

Install new console box upper lid and sliding arm rest latch assembly.

A.

Insert both hooks into the 2 holes.

B.

Rotate the sliding arm rest latch until you hear a click sound.
