2006 - 2007 MURANO; CONSOLE BOX UPPER LID LATCH AND ALUMINUM TRIM PANEL

IF YOU CONFIRM

Scratch, deformation, discoloration or any damage on sliding arm rest's aluminum trim panel.

^

Console box upper lid latch or sliding arm rest latch won't latch, unlatch or is stuck.

^

Console box upper lid latch or sliding arm rest latch is broken and won't stay closed.

ACTIONS

Replace console box upper lid and sliding arm rest latch assembly as shown in the Service Procedure section of this bulletin.

Do not replace the entire sliding arm rest, console, or console lid for this issue, if it should occur.

NOTE:

The console box lid is shown removed for illustrative purposes.
