IF YOU CONFIRM

The lid will not close due to tray insert not fully seated.

^

The cup holder insert divider is sticking up as shown in Figure 1.

NOTE:

The divider may be accidently pulled UP (snapped) into this position when the insert is pulled out for cleaning.

ACTION

Remove the cup holder console tray insert and snap the cup holder tray insert divider back into place.

Install the cup holder tray insert and press the bottom firmly until it snaps into place.

NOTE:

Do not replace the cup holder (center console assembly) for this incident.

If the cup holder tray insert divider will not snap back into place or is broken, replace it with the part listed in the Parts Information section of this
bulletin.

Snap the cup holder tray insert back into place:

Remove the cup holder tray insert.
