AIRFLOW METER SERVICE
This bulletin has been amended. Applied Vehicles has been updated. Please discard previous copies of this bulletin.
APPLIED VEHICLES:
2004 - 2008 Maxima (A34)
2004 - 2006 Altima (L31)
2004 - 2006 Sentra (B15) with QR25 engine
2003 - 2008 350Z (Z33)
2004 - 2007 Murano (Z50)
2004 - 2008 Quest (V42)
IF YOU CONFIRM
The airflow meter needs to be replaced for any reason,
ACTION
1.
Remove the top of the air filter box with airflow meter assembly from the vehicle.
2.
Remove the airflow meter sensor from the airflow meter housing.
3.
Thoroughly clean the air filter box and the airflow meter housing.
4.
Install a new airflow meter sensor.

Do Not replace the entire airflow meter housing; replace only the sensor listed in the Parts information.
5.
Reinstall the top of the air filter box with airflow meter assembly back into the vehicle with a new Genuine Nissan air filter.
