Insert the other end of the rubber bumper into the end support (see Figure 9).

NOTE:

Make sure the rubber bumper is fully seated into the roof rack bar groove along its entire length.

10.

Confirm the following:

The rubber bumper is completely flush with the roof rack bar.

The whistle noise is gone during road testing.
