This bulletin DOES NOT APPLY to vehicles with Manual A/C.

IF YOU CONFIRM:

The HVAC (blower) fan only works on speed 4 (high).

AND

The vehicle is equipped with Automatic Air Conditioning (AUTO A/C).

ACTION:

Install the Kit listed in the Parts Information section of this bulletin.
