HEADLINING

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

CAUTION:
Disconnect both the negative and positive battery terminals in advance.
1. Disconnect the negative and positive battery terminals, then wait at least 3 minutes.
2. Remove the body side trim panels. Refer to See: Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Component.
3. Remove the luggage floor trim upper panels. Refer to See: Service and Repair/Luggage Floor Trim/Component.
4. Remove the sun visor assemblies, both LH and RH.
5. Remove the sun visor holders LH and RH.
6. Remove the sunroof welt (if equipped).
7. Remove the DVD video monitor assembly (if equipped). Refer to See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Entertainment Systems/Service and

Repair/Removal And Installation Of DVD Player/Bose Audio Without Navigation.

Disconnect the harnesses.

8. Remove the front and rear RH and LH assist grips.
