Keyless Entry Receiver: Service and Repair
Without Intelligent Key System

REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY RECEIVER

Removal and Installation

1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement.
2. Remove the front pillar upper finisher. Refer to See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Component.
3. Remove the side ventilator grille. Refer to See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Exploded View.
4. Remove the instrument side finisher. Refer to See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Exploded View.
5. Remove the upper glove box. Refer to See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Exploded View.

6. Remove the bolt (A), disconnect the harness connector (1) and remove the remote keyless entry receiver (2).

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
