Automatic Drive Positioner Control Unit

AUTOMATIC DRIVE POSITIONER CONTROL UNIT

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

CAUTION:
When removing and installing, use shop cloths to protect parts from damage.
1. Remove the battery negative terminal.
2. Remove the instrument driver lower panel. Refer to See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal And

Installation.

3. Remove the screw (A).
4. Remove automatic drive positioner control unit (1) from bracket and disconnect electrical connectors.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
-

Clamp the harness in position.

NOTE:
After installing the automatic drive positioner control unit, perform additional service when disconnecting battery negative terminal. Refer to See:
Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning.
