MODE DOOR MOTOR

Removal and Installation

Mode Door Motor - Front Heater and Cooling Unit Assembly

REMOVAL
1. Remove the instrument panel side finisher. Refer to See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

Repair/Exploded View.

2. Remove the lower instrument cover. Refer to See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

Repair/Exploded View.

3. Disconnect the mode door motor electrical connector.
4. Remove the three screws and remove the mode door motor.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
