Intake Collector

5.

Remove the upper intake collector from the engine.

6.

Disconnect the following:

^Fuel delivery and return hoses
^Fuel injector terminals.

7.

Remove the fuel injector rail mounting bolts.

8.

Remove the injector rail as an assembly.

9.

Remove the injector cover(s) and remove the injector(s).

INSTALLATION
1.

Clean all parts (including the sealing area on the manifold) with a suitable cleaner.

2.

Install new o-rings (check the electrical connectors for corrosion and cracked insulators or boots).

3.

Lubricate the seals and hoses with unleaded fuel only.

4.

Reinstall in reverse order with new collector gaskets and check for fuel leaks.
